Revelation 11:14-19

Seventh Trumpet of Victory

Introduction:

One of the great battles of World War II was the battle that took place on June 6, 1944 called “D- Day” when allied forces invaded the beaches of Normandy, France against the stronghold of Nazi troops. General Eisenhower’s plan was to dropped airborne troops after air and naval bombardment followed by a wave of troops landing on the beaches. The casualties were extremely heavy over 5000 dead not counting those missing in action and taken prisoners. The German soldier’s graves at Normandy were far greater nearly 80,000 during that battle.

The Christian life of persecution still continues around the world, the casualties are heavy; but D- Day is coming when the Lord Jesus Christ will destroy a greater number of the wicked who rebel against Him. Psalm 2:9 “Thou shall break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt shatter them like earthenware”
