Luke 2:1-52

What is Christmas all about?

Introduction:

The meaning of Christmas is quite obscured today. Usually the greetings you hear is have a “happy holiday” which is a general way of bunching a group of festivities together. To me this is a distraction from the incarnation of Christ. There are no holy days except the Lord’s Day and very few know anything about that day. Perhaps it is true that we are living in post-Christian culture as some Theologians would suggest. My aim on this Lord’s Day, holy unto the Lord would be to expound upon the truth about the Birth of Christ.
